Yes—RecruitIQ is responsive and works on phones and tablets. For long forms and PDF exports, a laptop/desktop provides the best experience.

The timeline is sport- and season-aware. Choose your sport and grad year to get monthly guidance for outreach, events, academics, and compliance. Use Regenerate tips to get fresh ideas, preview guidance with voice, and export to PDF.

Search coaches by school/division/position. If you don’t specify a title, we default to Head Coach. Generate a polished email using your profile, recent film, and academic notes, then copy or send via your email client.

Enter GPA (and optional SAT/ACT), pick a major, and select a target school. We verify the major is offered, compare your academics to typical ranges, and show estimated costs with in-state vs out-of-state options and alternatives when budget is tight.

Choose a role (Student, Parent, Coach, Counselor, AD) to tailor language, steps, and templates. Coach mode focuses on roster needs and player outreach; Counselor mode emphasizes academic planning and recommendation guidance.

Examples: craft coach emails and follow-ups, suggest events by season, evaluate academic/transfer fit inputs, summarize shortlist rationales, and format shareable notes. It won’t submit applications or contact coaches directly on your behalf.

We invoice programs directly. We accept purchase orders (POs) and provide formal quotes on request. Standard terms are NET 30 (configurable per agreement). Payments are accepted via ACH or check. All remittance instructions appear on your invoice. Your Campus Success Manager (CSM) is your billing contact for updates, copies of invoices, or vendor paperwork (e.g., W-9).

Your assigned Campus Success Manager coordinates enhancement requests, resolves issues, and manages renewals with your program and individual users—keeping everything in one conversation.

Contact your CSM or email support to change tiers or adjust seat counts. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Yes—admins can add seats anytime and transfer a seat to a different user through your CSM.

We email invoices/receipts to the designated billing contact. If you need copies or updated billing contacts, your CSM can assist.

Publicly available information (e.g., school pages, rosters, education datasets), user-submitted details, and curated sources reviewed by RecruitIQ. We regularly review for accuracy and flag low-confidence items for manual checks.

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS) and least-privilege access for systems handling user data. We do not sell personal data. For school deployments, we follow school/club agreements and applicable privacy guidelines.

Yes—contact support for a machine-readable export of your data and documents associated with your account.

Use Forgot password on the login page. Check spam for the reset email and try again after 2–3 minutes. If you still can’t access your account, contact your CSM to confirm the email on file and reset from the admin side.

Open Profile and ensure key fields (name, grad year, sport, links) are filled. Then re-generate the message. If a token persists, edit the template or choose a different template and re-insert your details.

Clear extra filters (division/region/position) and search by school name only to confirm availability, then refine. If a school looks missing, use Suggest a correction in the tool and your CSM will review.

Refresh the page, then try an alternate browser (Chrome/Edge/Safari). If you recently changed your role or sport, reload to pull new guidance. Still stuck? Send your browser version and a screenshot to your CSM.

Ensure pop-ups/downloads are allowed for this site, then re-try. Large exports may take a few seconds—wait for the browser download prompt. If the file is blank, regenerate the content and export again.

Look for the “Saved” checkmark near the action bar. If you see “Unsaved changes,” click Save before navigating. If a session times out, log in again and re-open the last item from Recent.

Yes—ADs and clubs can license seat bundles for players and staff. We include onboarding support and best-practice templates. Contact us for a quote.

Yes—counselors can generate structured recommendation outlines aligned to the student’s target schools and majors, then finalize in their own voice.

Coaches can view player timelines, generate outreach templates, monitor roster-aligned targets, and export team summaries for staff meetings.
